Music Ministry
Adult Spiritual Choir
The Adult Spiritual Choir Ministers through song every 1st and 3rd Sunday. Our rehearsal days are the 1st and 3rd Saturdays at 12:00 noon. If you are interested in becoming a part of our ministry please contact Sister Rita McCollum.
Gospel Choir
The Gospel Choir Ministry provides an opportunity to serve in worship, through singing and praise. We sing the 2nd and 4th Sundays and rehearse every Tuesday night before the 2nd and 4th Sundays. Our ministry president is Sister Shauna Quick.
Male Chorus
The Male Chorus is a music ministry opened to any man who desires to sing songs of praise and worship. The goals of the Male Chorus are to uplift the name of Jesus through song and praises, use music to inspire other men to meet Christ, support the ministry of the church and enhance the worship services.
Youth Choir
The GSJMBC Youth Choir is a wonderful group of people of various ages that is dedicated wholly to promoting high standards and that old-time religion sound. Members of this group strive hard each 2nd and 4th Sunday to offer the very best that they have to give the Lord by singing his praises. Praise & Worship Team
The Praise & Worship team exists to minister to the Lord through praise and worship, to encourage and lead the congregation into the presence of the Lord, and to facilitate and create an atmosphere where the presence of the Lord can dwell each and every Sunday. Our goal is to lead people into the manifest presence of the Lord. For additional information contact Deaconess Grace Brown.
Praise Dance Ministry
The purpose of this unique ministry is to minister the gospel through various forms of visual interpretation including sign language, step, and mime. As led by the sovereign spirit of our Lord and Savior, praise power praises with anointed power for worshiper of, the Lord Jesus Christ. God releases his power to the harvest who witnesses his glory when we offer praise to our Master and King. The praise team is supervised by advisor Deaconess Cynthia Quick.
